How to Contact PayHelm Support

PayHelm offers multiple ways to get help with your account, integrations, or analytics questions.

Available Support Channels

In-App Chat (Recommended)

The fastest way to get help:

  1. Log in to your PayHelm account
  2. Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner
  3. Describe your issue or question
  4. A support team member will respond shortly

Best for: Quick questions, troubleshooting, real-time assistance

Contact Form

For detailed inquiries:

  1. Visit the PayHelm Contact Page
  2. Fill out the form with your name, email, company, and message
  3. Click Submit
  4. The support team will respond to your inquiry

Best for: Pre-sales questions, general inquiries, detailed feature requests

Best for: Detailed questions requiring attachments, account or billing issues
