How to Upgrade Your PayHelm Account

Upgrading your PayHelm account gives you access to more features, integrations, and higher data volumes. This guide explains how to view your current plan, compare available options, and change your subscription.

Viewing Available Plans

To see all available plans and their features:

1. Click on your account menu in the top-right corner
2. Select Settings from the dropdown
3. Navigate to the My Plan section
4. You will see your current plan along with other available options

PayHelm offers four plan tiers:

Free — $0/month

Perfect for getting started

How to Upgrade Your Plan

1. Go to your My Plan page from the Settings menu
2. Review the available plans and their features
3. Click See all details under any plan to view its complete feature list
4. Click the Free Trial button on the plan you want
5. No credit card is required to start your 14-day free trial
6. Follow the prompts to add payment details after the trial ends
7. Your new features and limits will be available immediately

Free Trials

All paid plans — Entrepreneur, Business, and Enterprise — offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can test the full feature set before committing to a paid subscription.

Volume-Based Pricing (Business Plan)

The Business plan is priced based on your monthly Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV):

• Starts at $200/month based on $4.0M GMV
• $100/month per $250k in monthly sales
• Scales with your GMV as your business grows
• Contact sales for a specific quote based on your current volume

For high-volume or custom requirements, the Enterprise plan offers fixed pricing tailored to your needs.

Annual Billing

Switching from monthly to annual billing saves you 20% on any paid plan. Annual billing is available for Entrepreneur, Business, and Enterprise plans.

To switch to annual billing:

1. Go to Settings > My Plan
2. Click Manage Plan
3. Select the annual billing option
4. The discount will be applied immediately

AI Credits

AI credits power the AI Chat feature, which lets you ask plain-language questions about your business data.

• Entrepreneur: 100 AI credits per user per month (shared across plan users)
• Business: 1,000 AI credits per month (shared across plan users)
• Enterprise: Included — contact us for details

Managing Your Current Plan

If you are already on a paid plan, you will see your current subscription details at the top of the My Plan page, including:

• Your plan name and cost
• Key features included
• Renewal date
• Billing cycle (monthly or annual)

To make changes to your current plan, click Manage Plan or Change Plan on your My Plan page.

Downgrading or Cancelling

You can downgrade to a lower plan or cancel at any time from the My Plan page. If you cancel, your account remains active until the end of your current billing period, then reverts to the Free plan.
