How to Create Your PayHelm Account & Log In for the First Time
Welcome to PayHelm! This guide will walk you through creating your account, verifying your email, and logging in for the first time.
Creating Your Account
Step 1: Visit the PayHelm Website
- Go to www.payhelm.com
- Click the Start Free Trial button
- You'll be directed to the account creation page
Step 2: Enter Your Information
You'll need to provide:
- Email address: Use a business email you check regularly
- Password: Create a secure password (at least 8 characters)
- Company name: Your business name
- Name: Your first and last name
Step 3: Review and Accept Terms
- Review the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
- Check the box to agree to the terms
- Click Create Account
Verifying Your Email
After creating your account:
- Check your email inbox for a message from PayHelm
- Look for the subject line "Verify Your PayHelm Account"
- Click the verification link in the email
- You'll be redirected to PayHelm and your email will be confirmed
- Didn't receive the email?
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox
- Click "Resend verification email" on the login page
- Contact support if you still don't receive it
Logging In for the First Time
Step 1: Access the Login Page
- Go to www.payhelm.com
- Click Sign In in the top navigation
- Enter your email address and password
- Click Sign In
Step 2: What Happens After First Login
When you log in for the first time, you'll:
- See a welcome message or onboarding tour
- Be prompted to connect your first store or data source
- Access your empty dashboard (it will populate once you connect data)

Next Steps After Creating Your Account

2. Wait for Your First Data Sync
Once connected, PayHelm will:
- Start importing your order data
- Pull in customer information
- Sync product catalogs
- Import recent sales history
This typically takes 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on your data volume.
3. Explore Your Dashboard
While waiting for data to sync, you can:
- Familiarize yourself with the interface
- Review available metrics and reports
- Check out the integrations page
- Watch tutorial videos in the help center
4. Set Up Additional Integrations
Consider connecting:
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal)
- Marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)

Common First-Time Login Issues
