How to Upgrade Your PayHelm Account

Upgrading your PayHelm account gives you access to more features, integrations, and capabilities. This guide will show you how to change your plan and add additional features to your account.

Viewing Available Plans

To see all available plans and their features:

  1. Click on your account menu in the top-right corner
  2. Select Settings from the dropdown
  3. Navigate to the My Plan section
  4. You'll see your current plan along with other available options

Available Plans

PayHelm offers four plan tiers:

FREE Plan - $0/month

Perfect for getting started
  • Analyze $10,000/m in sales
  • Integrate Across Platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, and WooCommerce
  • Import entire sales history and access data from multiple stores, orders, and users
  • Over 300 Metrics for Segmentation
  • Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) reports
  • Access to Email Marketing Tools
  • Access to Shipping Insurance
  • Historical Data: 90 Days

Pro Plan - $50/month

Great for growing businesses
  • Analyze $50,000/m in sales
  • Everything in the free plan plus:
  • Share Reports
  • Export Reports
  • Create Custom Reports
  • Advanced Metrics
  • Advanced Fields
  • Historical Data: 2 Years

Business Plan - $100/month

Perfect for established companies
  • Analyze $200,000/m in sales
  • Everything in the free plan plus:
  • Save Custom Reports
  • Advanced Filters & Segments
  • Schedule & Email Reports
  • ShipStation Integration
  • Sales Team Reports
  • Historical Data: 2 Years

Enterprise Plan - $100+/month

For large-scale operations
  • Unlimited volume of sales
  • Everything in the free plan plus:
  • ShipStation integration
  • Google Analytics Integration
  • Web Traffic Reporting
  • Cart Conversion Reports
  • Real-Time Traffic Reports
  • Historical Data: 5+ Years
  • GDPR Compliance Add-on

How to Upgrade Your Plan

  1. Go to your My Plan page from the Settings menu
  2. Review the available plans and their features
  3. Click See all details under any plan to view its complete feature list
  4. Click the Free Trial button on the plan you want (no credit card required)
  5. Follow the prompts to complete your payment information after the trial
  6. Your account will be upgraded immediately

Your new features and increased limits will be available right away.

Managing Your Current Plan

If you're already on a paid plan, you'll see your current subscription details at the top of the My Plan page, including:

  • Your plan name and monthly cost
  • Monthly sales analysis limit
  • Key features included
  • Renewal date

To make changes to your current plan:

  • Click MANAGE PLAN to update payment details or view billing history
  • Click See all details to review what's included in your plan

Free Trials

All paid plans (Pro, Business, and Enterprise) offer free trials with no credit card required. This allows you to test the features before committing to a paid subscription.

Purchasing Add-Ons

Some features may be available as add-ons to your current plan. To view and purchase add-ons:

  1. Navigate to the Add-Ons tab on your My Plan page
  2. Browse available add-ons for your plan tier
  3. Click on an add-on to see its details and pricing
  4. Click the purchase button to add it to your account
  5. Complete the payment process

Add-ons are billed separately from your main plan and can be canceled independently.

Payment and Billing

Payment Methods

PayHelm accepts major credit cards and debit cards for subscription payments.

Billing Cycles

Plans are billed monthly on the date you originally subscribed. For example, if you upgrade on the 15th of the month, you'll be billed on the 15th of each subsequent month.

Invoices

You'll receive an email receipt for each payment. You can also view your billing history and download invoices from the Billing section of your account settings.

Volume-Based Pricing

Plans have monthly sales volume limits:

  • Free: Up to $10,000/m in sales
  • Pro: Up to $50,000/m in sales
  • Business: Up to $200,000/m in sales
  • Enterprise: Unlimited sales volume

If you exceed your plan's sales volume limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade to a higher tier.
