How to View Your Billing and Invoices
Accessing Your Account Billing Information
PayHelm makes it easy to manage your subscription, view invoices, and track payment history directly from your account dashboard. This guide will walk you through accessing all your billing information in one central location.
Navigating to My Plan
To access your billing and account information:
- Log into your PayHelm account
- Click on the account menu in the top-right corner of your dashboard (next to your account balance)
- Select My Plan from the dropdown menu

The account menu dropdown includes quick access to:
- My Plan - Your subscription and billing information
- Settings - Account configuration and preferences
- Support - Help and customer service
- Sign out - Log out of your account
Understanding the My Plan Page
Once you're on the My Plan page, you'll see several tabs that organize your account information:
Options Tab
The Options tab displays your current subscription plan details, including:
- Your plan name and pricing (e.g., Professional Monthly)
- Monthly sales analysis limits
- Included features for your plan tier
- Trial period information (if applicable)
- Options to manage or cancel your plan
Common plan features include:
- Shared Reports - Collaborate with your team
- Export Reports - Download your analytics data
- Create Custom Reports - Build tailored analytics
- Unlimited connected users - Add team members without restrictions
Add-Ons Tab
View and manage any additional services or features you've added to your base plan.
Billing Tab
Access your billing information, payment methods, and billing contact details.
Invoices Tab
This is where you can view and download all your past invoices. The Invoices table includes:
- Plan - The subscription type (e.g., Monthly)
- Invoice Date - When the invoice was generated
- Date Paid - When payment was processed
- Amount Due - The billed amount
- Amount Paid - The amount that was paid
- Invoice ID - A clickable link to view the full invoice details

Payment History Tab
Review your complete payment transaction history, including successful payments, failed attempts, and refunds.
Viewing and Downloading Invoices
To access a specific invoice:
- Navigate to My Plan from the account menu
- Click on the Invoices tab
- Browse the invoice table to find the invoice you need
- Click on the Invoice ID link (shown in blue) to view the full invoice
- From the invoice detail page, you can download a PDF copy for your records
The invoices are listed in chronological order, with the most recent invoices appearing at the top of the table. This makes it easy to quickly access your latest billing statements.
Understanding Your Plan Details
On the Options tab, you'll see a clear summary of your current plan including:
- Plan Name - Your subscription tier (e.g., Professional, Enterprise)
- Billing Cycle - Monthly or annual billing
- Monthly Price - Your subscription cost
- Sales Volume Limit - The maximum monthly sales your plan can analyze
- Trial Status - If you're in a trial period, you'll see the expiration date
- Feature List - All capabilities included in your plan
Managing Your Subscription
From the Options tab on the My Plan page, you have two main actions available:
Manage Plan Button
Click the green MANAGE PLAN button to:
- Upgrade to a higher tier with more features
- Downgrade to a different plan level
- Switch between monthly and annual billing
- Update your payment method
- Change billing information
Cancel Plan Button
The CANCEL PLAN button allows you to cancel your subscription if needed. Before canceling, consider:
- Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
- All your data will remain accessible during this time
- You can reactivate your account at any time
Common Billing Questions
When am I billed?
You're billed on the same day each month (for monthly plans) or year (for annual plans) based on when you first subscribed. Check the Invoice Date column in your Invoices tab to see your billing schedule.
How do I update my payment method?
Navigate to the Billing tab on the My Plan page to update your credit card or payment information.
Can I get a refund?
Review PayHelm's refund policy by contacting support through the Support option in your account menu. Payment history and refund status can be viewed in the Payment History tab.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, you'll receive an email notification. Your account will typically remain active for a grace period while we attempt to process payment again. Check the Payment History tab to see any failed payment attempts.
Exporting Billing Information
While viewing your invoices, you can:
- Click individual Invoice IDs to download PDF copies
- Save invoices to your accounting software
- Forward invoices to your finance team
- Keep copies for tax purposes
Best Practices
- Regular Review - Check your Invoices tab monthly to ensure all charges are accurate
- Download Records - Save invoice PDFs for your accounting records
- Update Information - Keep your billing information current to avoid payment interruptions
- Monitor Usage - Review your plan limits to ensure your current tier meets your needs
- Plan Ahead - If you're on a trial, note the expiration date and decide on your plan before it ends
