Affiliate Program Terms

Last updated September 14, 2026

1. Overview

These terms govern participation in the PayHelm Affiliate Program (the "Program"), operated by PayHelm ("PayHelm," "we," "us"). By creating an affiliate account, you ("Affiliate," "you") agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not sign up for or use the Program.

2. Commission structure

Affiliates earn a commission equal to 20% of the net recurring revenue PayHelm actually collects from a referred customer, for as long as that customer remains an active, paying subscriber. Commission is calculated on real net MRR only — trials, cancelled subscriptions, refunded charges, and accounts that added a payment method but never completed a paid billing cycle do not generate commission.

PayHelm may change the commission rate for new referrals on a going-forward basis by posting an updated rate here or notifying affiliates by email; changes will not reduce commission already earned on existing active referrals.

3. Attribution and tracking

Each affiliate receives unique trackable links. A referral is attributed to the affiliate whose link was used to initiate the customer's first visit, provided the resulting signup and subscription can be matched to that click in PayHelm's tracking system. PayHelm's tracking records are the sole and final source of truth for attribution disputes.

4. Payment terms

Commission balances are calculated live and visible in your affiliate dashboard at all times. Payouts are issued on request once your accrued balance meets the applicable minimum threshold; contact us at affiliates@payhelm.com to arrange a payout. PayHelm reserves the right to withhold payment on commission tied to a customer who later charges back, cancels within a refund window, or is found to have been referred in violation of these terms.

5. Eligibility and prohibited activity

To participate in the Program, you agree not to:

  • Purchase search ads on PayHelm's brand name or close misspellings ("PayHelm," "Pay Helm," etc.).
  • Refer yourself, or create accounts to generate self-referral commission.
  • Use spam, unsolicited email, or misleading claims about PayHelm to generate referrals.
  • Misrepresent your relationship with PayHelm as an employee, official partner, or reseller.
  • Place your affiliate link on sites containing illegal, hateful, or deceptive content.

PayHelm may suspend or terminate an affiliate account and withhold unpaid commission if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that these terms have been violated.

6. Term and termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time. Commission earned on active, legitimately referred customers prior to termination remains payable under section 4, unless termination was for a violation of section 5.

7. Changes to these terms

PayHelm may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the Program after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
