Is there a free trial available?

Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial for all new users. During this trial period, you can access all the features of the plan you select without any charge.

Will I be charged when my 14-day free trial is up?

No. You can fully test out Payhelm and all the features on our 14-day free trial without adding a credit card or paying a thing. It is completely up to you if you would like to carry on using Payhelm after your trial has finished.

How much do your plans cost?

Our pro plan starts at $25 per month, the business plan is $50 per month, and the enterprise plan is $100+ per month.  Enterprise plan is billed at $50/m for every $250K in monthly revenue. Annual plans are 20% off when you commit to a yearly subscription.

What if my sales increase, will I be upgraded?

If your sales increase from one plan into the next plan you will be automatically upgraded to the next tier of subscription.  Please contact us if you have a highly seasonal business so we can work out an average tier that applies to your business.

How can I switch from the Free plan to a paid plan?

You can upgrade to a paid plan by logging into your account, navigating to the billing section, and selecting the desired plan. Follow the prompts to complete the upgrade process.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Simply go to your account settings and select the plan you want to change to.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not support PayPal as a payment option.

Do you offer discounts for monthly and annually subscriptions?

Yes, we offer a 20% discount on annual subscriptions.

Are there any additional fees for the features in each plan?

No, there are no additional fees for the features included in each plan. We do offer paid optional upgrades for Inventory Analytics and Traffic Analytics.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to your account until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will be downgraded to the free plan, and you will lose access to premium features.
